Restart Ghost service on Uberspace

When working on Ghost templates you need to restart the service under which Ghost ist running to make the changes appear.

When you setup Ghost on Uberspace like described in this article, you can restart the service (like any other service on Uberspace) with the following command:

$ svc -du ~/service/ghost
